Love the coat. It did arrive with a tear on the inside seam. I didn't return it because it was the last one in stock in my size. That was disappointing. The coat itself is very comfortable and warm. True to size. If I didn't have to have it repaired, I would have given it 5 stars.Originally, I went to Macy's for a coat and I came across this coat at the store. I am so glad I found the exact same one on Amazon because this one is the right fit for me-petitie/small. Also, it is more than 100bucks less than the one in Macy's.It is warm and light. Love it!!!Has rich and polished look that not captured in the photos. It is very warm and the hood is deep. I am very pleased.I love the color and the way it fits on my body. I wish the hoodie could come off when not neededNice everyday coat.Inner attached vest makes it super warm. Just wish it had a double zipped to make it more comfortable in the car.Too small .i got xl but it didnt fit even a large peron .very heavy looks like a conforter.i returned it
