The metal hook on each of the 2 (6 hook item) purchased keeps falling to an open position. Disappointing because when not in use we prefer that all hooks are closed into the built-in slots for a clean line look on the wall.Yes, they are raw behind the hooks, but whos looking at that when you're hanging a sweater on that opened hook? Otherwise, keep the hooks closed. At least thats what I do and it looks perfect. Love these and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a simple, yet modern, and classy touch to their home.First of all, let me state that these hooks are awesome!! they're exactly what I was looking for, sleek and stylish. I wanted these hooks to display my hat collection and these hooks delivered as expected.As for the product itself, I am very pleased with the weight and construction of the hooks. I wanted them to display my hats, I have attached pictures of the hats on display and although these rails have 6 hooks, I was only able to display 3 hats vs 6 due to the sixe of the hats, which are an average 7 1/8" I tried to put one hat per hook, but the result was not sleek and looked cluttered and messy. So I opted for 3 hats per rail instead.I didn't use the supplied screws and drywall anchors to secure the racks, due to the weight I was going to put on them. Instead I used (6) clear 2lb command damage free strips behind each hook, if you look closely at the image with the missing hat in the middle you can see the tape. That seemed to do the trick as the racks have been up for several days now without issues.If you're looking to hang something heavier than hats, I would recommend going with heavier command strips first before drilling into your walls. You might be surprised at how well the strips hold.Purchased because the entry into our home that we use on a regular basis is downstairs and our home’s main coat closet is upstairs. This keeps us from tossing coats onto the couch, etc. Easy to hang and sturdy enough for the number of hooks (6). The color of the board and the coppery hooks go well with my family room fixtures (oil-rubbed bronze). I really like that the hooks fold up when not in use. It’s perfect for more than just coats, easily holding my husband’s work hat, our key rings, and an umbrella. The only thing that keeps me from “loving” this product is that the board looks plastic-like instead of like wood-no grain, no texture to speak of. Overall, though, I’m satisfied with my purchase.looks nice.There are better quality ones out there. This one seems to have been churned out of someone’s garage workshop. Still, it does the job. It’s great in my closet, but if you are going to use this in a visible location like entryway or hallway I would go with a nicer looking one.Love the rack overall. My only disappointment is that the hooks are a little small for the standard towels. They fit if you hang them just the right way. Keeping the project and love having it in our bathroom.Really great customer service. This product was solid and seemed quality and I really wanted to keep it. But, the hooks (for the ORB) were really copper colored and that didn't work for me. Based on the description and pics, I didn't realize it would be as such.Absolutely fantastic. Looks great, is very sturdy as I also managed to fix it into a brick wall and is very easy to install. I ordered 4 more for myself and my mother ordered one as well.Easy to fit, pretty robust and looks good. Now we have 2 so that speaks for itselfEasy to install , a great solutionA bit pricey for what it is. Looks good but hooks are plastic and fear they might snap in Two .Great, hooks work smoothly and they actually hold coats nicely, highly recommend
