Only had them on for a week but they slide very smoothly on the shower rod and they are stylish. Hopefully they don't rustI like the pearlized look to the beads. Looks nicer than a plain white bead. They look the same, but the metal is thicker.I'm very glad there were 12 hangers in a package. The shower liner arrived 1st, and it only needed 10. I had reorder the curtain, itself and it needed 12! Early to tell, but they look like they'll be durable, and the curtain slides easily because of the ball-bearing design at the top of each ring.I like the fact these came in black as the pole is dark grey metal. Will make changing curtain easier at back door during winter/summer.Although they are a little fiddly to use and they have a sharp edge that you need to be careful with when slotting through your shower curtain. They look great though.Very poorly made, 3 snapped when attaching them to the rail. They do not roll easily and as such the curtain is difficult to open or close.They need a hinge on them – they're impossible to open enough to get them over your shower rod without breaking the thin metal. On my third attempt the metal snapped. It's also likely you will scratch your shower rod trying to get them on. Don't buy these.These shower curtain hooks are definitely not stainless steel, as they claim. They easily stick to a magnet and after only a couple of months in use at the shower, they are already showing signs of rust. Avoid.
